RFA Series Direct Return Oil Filter

● This filter is designed for precision return oil filtration in hydraulic systems. It effectively removes contaminants such as metal particles generated by wear of system components and rubber impurities from seals, ensuring that the oil returning to the tank remains clean.

● The filter is installed on top of the oil tank, with the filter housing partially submerged in the tank. It is equipped with a bypass valve, diffuser, and a filter element contamination indicator, among other devices. It boasts a compact structure, easy installation, high oil flow capacity, low pressure loss, and convenient filter element replacement.

     Convenient Installation and Connection, Simplified System Piping:
This filter is directly mounted on the oil tank cover plate, with the filter head exposed outside the tank and the return oil cylinder submerged inside. The inlet port offers both pipe and flange connections, simplifying system piping, resulting in a more compact system layout and easier installation and connection.

     Equipped with Filter Element Contamination Indicator and Bypass Valve, Enhancing Hydraulic System Reliability:
When the filter element becomes clogged with contaminants or factors such as low system oil temperature and flow pulsation cause the inlet pressure to reach 0.35MPa, the indicator device sends a signal for prompt attention. It indicates the need to replace the filter element or increase the oil temperature. If immediate shutdown for troubleshooting is not feasible, the bypass valve located below the filter element automatically opens at a pressure of 0.4MPa, protecting the filter and ensuring the normal operation of the hydraulic system.

     Designed for Direct Return Oil Filtration, Facilitating Filter Element Replacement and Oil Refilling:
Simply unscrewing the filter cover (cleaning cover) allows for easy filter element replacement or oil refilling. Additionally, the filter head is equipped with a 2RM18X1.5 oil port, allowing the installation of an indicator or facilitating the filtration of small amounts of oil returning to the tank from the system.

     Filter Element Made of Glass Fiber Filtration Material:
The filter element utilizes glass fiber filtration material, offering advantages such as high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and significant contaminant holding capacity. Its filtration accuracy is rated in absolute terms, with filtration ratios of 03, 5, 10, 20 > 100, and a filtration efficiency of 99%, conforming to ISO standards.
