Wind Power Filter Element

It is mainly used for filtering the lubricating oil of the wind power gearbox to ensure the normal operation of the filter element in the wind power lubrication system.

The filter material for the wind power gearbox filter element is selected from domestic and imported coated polyester non-woven fabric, which can be used for oil proof, waterproof and flame retardant treatment, polyester long fiber filter paper, glass fiber filter material, etc. It adopts wide pleat technology and has even gaps.

The end covers at both ends of the wind power gearbox filter element are made of thick anti rust steel plates stamped (not easily deformed).

The end cover and filter material are bonded with special polyester polyurethane foam adhesive (ensuring a tight and seamless connection between the end cover and the filter material), and the internal and external support protection framework is made of perforated stainless steel plates with good anti-corrosion performance.

The support force is strong, which can prevent the filter cylinder from blowing, exploding, and collapsing.
