The SP rotary pipeline filter is a kind of pipeline filter used for oil return filtration in hydraulic systems or filtration in low-pressure oil supply systems. It removes metal particles generated by component wear and other pollutants such as impurities in the oil.
Improving the cleanliness of oil can reduce component wear and hydraulic failures. This series of oil filters consists of two parts: the filter head and the filter housing (core). The filter head is made of aluminum alloy, while the filter housing (core) is made of sheet steel that is stamped into shape using a new process and then combined with paper or synthetic fiber filter elements to form a steel-cased filter element. Therefore, this series of oil filters boasts an attractive appearance, light weight, and the advantage of only requiring replacement of the steel-cased filter element when clogged.

- The filter head of this filter is made of aluminum alloy, providing an attractive and durable appearance. The filter element is manufactured with high-performance filter material, featuring low oil flow resistance, high dirt-holding capacity, and excellent filtration efficiency. A bypass valve is installed inside the filter head, allowing the oil to continue flowing into the system through the bypass valve when the steel-cased filter element becomes clogged, enabling continued operation until the appropriate time for shutdown and replacement of the steel-cased filter element. The filter head is also equipped with a hole for installing a contamination and clogging indicator, facilitating monitoring of the filter element's condition.
