I. Preliminary Preparation

Frame Materials: Metal or plastic frames are commonly used, requiring sufficient strength and stability.

Other Auxiliary Materials: Including sealants, hot-melt adhesives, etc., for securing the filter media and sealing the filter.

Equipment Preparation:

Production Line Equipment: Comprises unwinding machines for roll-form glass fiber filter media, tension control systems, servo creasing machines, glue application machines, air cooling devices, automatic folding machines, cutting machines, and more.

Testing Equipment: Used to evaluate the filter's performance and quality, including particle detectors, airflow testers, and similar instruments.

II. Production Process Flow

Filter Media Handling:

Rolls of glass fiber filter media are unwound and tension-controlled to maintain flatness and stability.

Servo creasing machines create creases in the media to facilitate subsequent folding.

Gluing and Bonding:

Hot-melt glue or other adhesives are applied to specific locations on the filter media to secure it to the frame.

Glue temperature, dispensing volume, and placement must be strictly controlled to ensure optimal bonding.

Folding and Shaping:

The filter media is folded into a specific shape and size using automatic folding machines, forming the core of the filter.

Folding distances and angles are controlled to maintain filtration efficiency and airflow.

Frame Assembly:

The folded filter media is placed into the metal or plastic frame and secured.

Sealing between the frame and filter media is ensured to prevent air leakage.

Final Inspection:

Visual inspections are conducted on the finished product, checking for frame deformation, oil stains, scratches, etc.

Testing equipment measures key performance indicators such as filtration efficiency and airflow volume.

Only after confirming compliance with relevant standards and requirements, the filters are packaged and inventoried.
