- The high-efficiency air filter is characterized by its use of high-density paper made from ultrafine glass fibers as the filter media. The outer frame can be constructed from high-density plywood or various metal materials such as steel plates, stainless steel, and aluminum profiles, with options including box-type, single-flange, and double-flange designs. The filter media is sealed with a special adhesive to ensure airtightness around the perimeter. The filtration efficiency reaches 99.97% at 0.3μm (H13) and 99.995% at 0.3μm (H14). Each high-efficiency filter undergoes individual performance testing before leaving the factory, using the sodium flame method specified in the national standard GB6165. Alternatively, the MPPS method stipulated by Europe or the 0.1-0.2μm scanning method prescribed by the United States can be employed for testing.
