Function Description:
Partitionless high-efficiency filters, similar to partitioned high-efficiency filters, are primarily employed in industries such as microelectronics, precision instrumentation, healthcare, bioengineering, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and food processing. They are also used in various cleanroom environments, clean tunnels, high-efficiency air supply outlets, purification workbenches, air showers, and other purification equipment as the final stage of air filtration. These filters demonstrate a filtration efficiency of over 99.99% for particles ≥0.3μm. Both partitionless high-efficiency and ultra-high-efficiency filters are installed at the end of cleanrooms, with optional external frames made of aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, wood, or stainless steel.
Classification of High-Efficiency Filter Structures:
High-efficiency filters are primarily categorized by their structures into: partitioned high-efficiency filters, partitionless high-efficiency filters, and combined high-efficiency filters.
They are also classified by their names, including GK (partitioned high-efficiency filter), GKW (high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filter), GKA (high-humidity resistant high-efficiency filter); while partitionless high-efficiency filters encompass GKYW (combined high-efficiency filter), GKYS (partitionless high-efficiency filter), GKYC (liquid-filled partitionless high-efficiency filter), GKYL (ultra-low-resistance partitionless high-efficiency filter), GKYD (blade-mounted partitionless high-efficiency filter), and GKUL (0.1um ultra-high-efficiency filter).
Introduction to Partitioned High-Efficiency Filters:
Partitioned high-efficiency filters adopt a partition design with corrugated partitions that maintain the spacing between pleats. They efficiently utilize filter media under low resistance. The filter material is double-folded at 180 degrees to form a wedge-shaped pleat layer, with two creases during bending. This creates a wedge-shaped box pleat at the end of the partition, which helps prevent filter material damage. In corrosive environments, vinyl-coated partitions can be used, achieving a particle capture efficiency of 99.99% to 99.999% for particles as small as 0.3μm. The thickness series includes 80, 120, 150, 220, 292, etc.
