PPS Series Chemical Fiber Filter Material

PPS series chemical fiber filter material is a high performance filter material made of polybenzene sulfide (PPS) fiber. PPS fibers have excellent heat resistance, chemical stability and mechanical strength, thus providing excellent filtration performance in high temperature, high pressure and chemical corrosive environments.

The main applications of PPS series chemical fiber filter materials include petrochemical industry, natural gas processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing and environmental protection industries. They can be used to filter a variety of media such as particulate matter, liquids and gases, effectively removing impurities and pollutants.

This series of products is made of PPS fiber (polypropylene sulfide) through three-dimensional acupuncture, and can be used fora long time below 190°C. PPS fiber, also known as poly-phenytoin sulfide fiber, has a special molecular structure, excellent chemical stability, and strength integrity retention characteristics. It is particularly effective in flue gas environments with high sulfur content, and is suitable for flue gas filtration environments with high acidity such as coal-fired boilers, electric power, and garbage incineration.
