Working Principle:

Automatic Alarm and Bypass Protection: When the filter element becomes clogged with contaminants or factors like low system fluid temperature or flow pulsation cause the inlet pressure to reach a set value (e.g., 0.35MPa), the signaling device on the filter will issue a signal, prompting the operator to replace the filter element or take corresponding measures. If immediate shutdown is not feasible, as the inlet pressure rises to a specified threshold (e.g., 0.4MPa), the bypass valve will automatically open, allowing oil to bypass the filter element and enter the tank, thereby protecting the filter and hydraulic system from damage.
Smooth Oil Return: Equipped with a flow diffuser at the bottom, the filter ensures that the returning oil flows smoothly into the tank, minimizing bubble formation and re-entrainment of air while mitigating agitation of deposited contaminants.
