1 Easy installation and connection, simplify the system pipeline The filter is directly installed on the cover of the tank, the filter head is exposed outside the tank, the oil return cylinder is immersed in the tank, the oil inlet is not tubular and flanged connection, thus simplifying the system pipeline, making the system layout more compact, more convenient installation and connection.
2. Set the filter pollution transmitter, oil side valve, improve the reliability of the hydraulic system when the filter is blocked by pollutants or the system liquid temperature is too low, flow pulsation and other factors caused by the oil inlet pressure of 0.35MPa, the signaling device sends a signal indication.
The filter element should be replaced in time or the oil temperature should be increased.
In this case, when the system cannot be shut down immediately to deal with these faults, the bypass valve located at the lower part of the filter element automatically opens (the opening pressure of the bypass valve is 0.4MPa) to protect the normal work of the filter and hydraulic system.
3 The design adopts straight back filter oil, making it very convenient to replace the filter element or fuel the tank. Just unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover), you can replace the filter element or fuel the tank, and there are two M18x1.5 oil ports in the filter head, which can be installed on either side of the transmitter or a small amount of oil in the system to filter the tank.
