Punched Plate Composite Mesh Filter Element
The punched plate composite mesh is a sintered integration of a punched plate made of standard 304 material and several layers of square mesh (or close-meshed wire cloth), with the number of layers and mesh size tailored to different operating conditions and applications. Being a sintered integration of a pressure-resistant framework and filter mesh, it exhibits superior backwashing effects and low pressure drop losses, making it widely used in water treatment, beverages, food, metallurgy, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. Materials for stainless steel punched plates include 2-nickel and 4-nickel stainless steel grades such as 201, 302, 304, 316, 304L, and 316L.
The punched plate is made of 304 material, while others are 316L.
Products of special shapes can be produced according to different requirements.

Specifications: Coil thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 0.7mm, length from 1m to 20m, and aperture size greater than 0.8mm to 10mm; flat plate thickness from 0.3mm to 30mm, size up to 1-2m or 1220*2400 (special sizes can be customized), with a minimum punchable aperture of 0.6mm.
